First of all, I’d like to apologize for the lack of updates over the last month or so, life for me has become important, and I really want as little distractions as possible. So, updates will be slow, or not at all for the next couple of months at least. I’d like to be able to get this site back on it’s feet maybe some point in the future, but right now I need to have my priority’s straight. Maybe expect updates for Pay-Paper-Views, but little else.

I hope you can all understand, and I’m sorry.

After winning the biggest Royal Rumble Match in history, Alberto Del Rio challenged World Heavyweight Champion Edge for his coveted title at WrestleMania XXVII.

Edge is an 11-time World Champion at the top of his game and a Master Manipulator known for attacking both the mind and body of any impending adversary. In the squared circle, he is extremely dangerous, wielding an incredible array of maneuvers – most prominent of which is the bone-shattering Spear. He has headlined the past three WrestleManias, standing toe-to-toe with the likes of The Undertaker, John Cena, Big Show and Chris Jericho. The future WWE Hall of Famer undeniably knows what it takes to shine in The Showcase of the Immortals.

Alberto Del Rio will make his first appearance on The Grandest Stage of Them All. But, in the short time he has been in WWE, he has stepped head-and-shoulders above the rest. His infamous list of accomplishments includes a conquest over two-time World Champion Rey Mysterio on his first night as a SmackDown Superstar and ruthlessly putting both The Master of the 619 and Christian out of commission. That all paled in comparison, however, to the moment he overcame 39 other combatants to triumph in the 2011 Royal Rumble Match, catapulting himself into the main event at WrestleMania.

Kofi Kingston vs Alberto Del Rio (Non title match)

At WWE Elimination Chamber, Alberto Del Rio will square-off against Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston. Will the No. 1 contender to the World Heavyweight Championship continue to build momentum as he prepares to step onto the Grandest Stage of Them All? Or could there be “Trouble in Paradise”?

For the past several weeks, Kofi Kingston has been on an explosive collision course with Alberto Del Rio. On the Feb. 4 edition of SmackDown, a distraction by the Mexican aristocrat cost Kofi his Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match . Later that night, when the high-flying Superstar came to stop his infuriated foe from attacking Hornswoggle, Del Rio attacked Kofi with a kendo stick and locked him in his devastating cross armbreaker .

One week later, The Dreadlocked Dynamo’s animosity reached a boiling point when he delivered a retribution-laden kendo assault on his smiling adversary during Del Rio’s Valentine’s Day celebration. Later that night, Del Rio showed the WWE Universe why he will headline WrestleMania, when he defeated Kingston with his destructive cross armbreaker in a non-title match

We are back with the Slam of the Week: The Alberto Del Rio announcement that he will win the World Title at Wrestlemania . . . and Edge’s rebuttal. Then we see Alberto Del Rio go El Kabong on the shoulder followed by the cross arm breaker.

It is time for that long time Raw regular, Ricardo Rodriguez to introduce Alberto Del Rio.

Alberto drives into the building and then he makes his way into the ring. Alberto tells us who he is, but we already know that. It does not matter to him who wins the Elimination Chamber match on Sunday for Smackdown because it is his destiny to be the World Champion at Wrestlemania.

Another Raw regular, Edge makes his way into the building. Edge asks Alberto ‘que pasa’ and then he says that he has been so busy beating Dolph Ziggler on Smackdown the last two weeks that he almost forgot that Alberto attacked him with a guitar two weeks ago on Raw. Edge says that Alberto talks about a destiny and Edge says that he has a destiny too.

Edge takes Del Rio down and he punches Del Rio. Edge takes off his jacket and then he pulls his hair as he sets for the spear. Ricardo Rodriguez runs interference on the apron and Edge punches him. Del Rio rolls to the apron and then he drops Edge’s arm on the rope. Edge spears Alberto off the apron.
